With a little lapse of attention, while printing our Skull Succulent Planters, we had the temperature a little too high and they ended up fusing together. Instead of three planters coming out we had one plus a conjoined skull. While we threw out the manual already, we do remember a warning that this could happen. Oh well. Our failure is everyone else's gain as we have no choice but to sell these oddities or else we will just be dwelling in our overwhelming shame from the simple mistake.

Size & Materials
The size of the skull is approximately 100x110x73mm (3.93 x 4.33 x 2.87 inches) with a volume of 180ml (3/4 cup) and will comfortably house a small to medium-sized succulent. There is a 5mm (1/5") drainage hole in the bottom rear of the planter. Layer by layer this skull is 3D printed using PLA (polylactic acid) which is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch. It takes just about 16 hours to print each planter.
The 3D printing process is not perfect so there may be blemishes in the surface finishes and visible layer lines. Items will not be exactly as pictured and as much as we try to take colour accurate photos, the colour may be slightly different than viewed on your scree
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective during the hand-making process or damaged in shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
