Inspired by the towering arches, ornate windows, and dramatic architecture of old Gothic cathedrals, this planter turns an ordinary houseplant into something that looks like it has been growing undisturbed in a haunted abbey for the last few centuries. Whether it is holding a succulent, trailing plant, orchid, or something slightly more sinister, the cathedral makes a statement even before anything starts growing from it.

Each cathedral includes a removable inner planter, allowing you to water your plant without needing a separate drip tray underneath. Simply remove the insert when needed and return it to its cathedral once your plant is ready to go back on display. Perfect for adding a little Gothic architecture to a desk, bookshelf, windowsill, altar, office, or anywhere else that could use something darker than the average flower pot.

The X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large size names are based on the width of the removable inner planter, not the overall exterior dimensions of the cathedral. Because of the cathedral's towers, walls, and architectural details, the complete planter is considerably larger than the insert.

🏛️ Materials
Our cathedral planters are 3D printed using PLA, a bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugar cane. PLA is surprisingly durable when used as a planter. Some of our own test planters have been sitting outside on our patio for more than five years, surviving everything from freezing Canadian winters to the blazing summer sun without noticeable degradation in quality.
